Quad Bike Safari in Fethiye

For everyone who dreams of a bit of drive and adventure after quiet days on the beach, we are glad to offer a quad bike safari. Getting away from the exhausting heat, riding the forest tracks with the wind in your face, feeling the thrill and the rush of adrenaline — what could be better for active people?

Who can join the quad safari

Anyone aged 17 or over and in good health can take part. Age is no obstacle — on the contrary, riding a quad helps older guests feel young again and brings back good memories.

No driving experience is needed. A licence is not required either, because our route does not use ordinary roads. The quads in Fethiye have automatic transmission and are easy to handle.

What it costs

The tour price covers:

• transfer from the hotel and back;
• a briefing on arrival and a practice run;
• the quad bike ride;
• instructors accompanying you along the route;
• insurance.

The ride lasts 3 hours.

Goggles, photographs and video of the safari, and a dust mask can be bought separately. Food and drinks are not included in the tour price and are paid for separately.

What to bring

Bring sunglasses and sun cream, a hat, a swimsuit, a towel, comfortable shoes, a spare set of dry clothes, water and a little money for personal expenses.

To avoid buying a mask, bring a scarf. During the safari you need to cover the lower half of your face, or dust and dirt will get into your airways.

Experienced instructors — your safety

Before the safari begins every participant gets a detailed briefing. The instructors are real professionals: they explain how to handle the quad and how to behave on the route. Everyone gets a chance to practise and settle in behind the handlebars. Once the group is fully prepared, engines start — and off you go, over rocky stretches and unexplored tracks, to enjoy the beauty of Turkey. The journey begins!

What the quad safari has in store

The programme takes you through mountain country and forest tracks, and across a mountain stream.

The route runs through a pine forest, past the small resort village of Hisarönü. Admiring the scenery and breathing the clean air, you reach Ölüdeniz almost without noticing — a place made famous by its magnificent beach and by the paragliders constantly circling overhead. You will look in on the ghost town of Kayaköy, surrounded on all four sides by fields and forest. It used to be called Levissi. Several thousand Greeks lived there. Almost a hundred years ago every inhabitant left overnight, abandoning their houses, their animals and an unharvested crop. Only ruins remain on the site today.
