The cost of services indicated on the website already includes VAT.
Payment is made online or on the day of the tour on the bus. In case of cancellation by the organizing company of an already paid tour, we undertake to reimburse its actual cost and nothing more.
All excursions, tours and services booked with Traveling Store are subject to the rules and regulations set by Turkish Travel Agencies as well as the recently updated laws in accordance with European Union Consumer Protection Law standards.
Cancellation of excursions and services
The CLIENT is entitled to a refund of the entire amount actually spent on the booking from the COMPANY upon notification of its employees no later than 15 days before the specified date. If it took place later, compensation may be 50% of the paid tour cost.
The CLIENT loses the right to a refund of the full cost of a prepaid excursion if less than 7 days remain before its date.
The CLIENT can transfer his right to use the paid tour to another person if at least 7 days are left before the departure date.
In the event that the CLIENT did not notify the COMPANY employee in writing of the cancellation of his trip or notified him less than 24 hours before departure, the COMPANY reserves the right to not refund the actual cost of the tour.
The COMPANY has the right to partially change or supplement the tour program by notifying the CLIENT in advance.
If the CLIENT refuses services that were not discussed before departure, the COMPANY will reimburse him for the cost. In such case, the notice shall be sent to the CLIENT in writing or published on the website. The CLIENT is obliged to provide his consent or disagreement with the contract in writing.
Controversial situations
We always strive to please our customers, and if you have any complaints about a particular tour, you can contact one of the organizers of a particular tour traveling with you, or email us, and we will we will contact you as soon as possible.
However, if a problem arises that cannot be resolved peacefully, then the issue falls under the jurisdiction of the laws of the country in which the actual travel takes place. When ordering services, it is understood that you will comply with applicable laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the operating country in which this tour is conducted.
Changing a booking by a traveler
If you would like to change your tour date or replace a booked tour with another available tour, you must let us know at least 2 days before the actual tour date. We will do our best to help you with an alternative tour and will not charge anything for this service.
Cancellation of a booking made by Traveling Store
In case of cancellation of a tour made by the Traveling Store, we are obliged to refund the actual cost that you have already paid, and no more.

However, due to some unavoidable circumstances, the host company reserves the right to change some materials or all programs without prior notice.
Force Majeure
The COMPANY has the right to cancel or reschedule excursions due to circumstances beyond its control of a natural or technological nature. Among them:
• earthquakes;
• floods;
• terrorist attacks;
• deterioration of weather conditions.
The CLIENT in such a case does not have the right to dispute this fact.
